Women's Work Caramelised Onion Relish
Fresh Australian onions are slowly caramelised then bought to life with balsamic vinegar. The flavour profile is rich, dark, sweet and sour with a dense caramel that goes all the way through to the nose. Expect a pop of smokey balsamic vinigar on the nose before the sweet onion comes through.
A perfect friend to all cheeses, but does particularly well with a strong blue.Â
