Premium single origin pepper grown in Cambodia. Pep has aromatic complexity, being herbaceous, earthy and green, with notes of rocks and rain as well as mild sweetness. It has a depth of flavour which is earthy and woody while also conjuring notes of dark chocolate and citrus around a slow building warmth.
