Party Cake

Our Party Cake is packed with passionfruit, coconut and mascarpone and is a generous celebratory dessert for maximum delight at your next gathering. Eight chewy layers of coconut dacquoise sponge are alternated with mascarpone and passionfruit curd. Enveloped in a yoghurt Swiss meringue buttercream.

A decadent gluten-free cake. Your Party Cake will include seasonal flowers for decoration prior to serving. Measures 20cm in diameter. Serves 14.
