Long Paddock Driftwood

Long Paddock cheese is handmade in Castlemaine, Victoria. Driftwood is a slow set, lactic washed rind cheese that has been wrapped in spruce bark. Made in the style of France's famous Mont d'Or.

Each wheel is 180g of cheese.
