Cavedoni Il Caratello Balsamic

A viscous, dark, rich vinegar with notes of apple and treacle. The Cavedoni family has been making vinegar since around 1860. Caratello is made in the traditional way, using the same oak casks used for generations. 

Each bottle contains 250ml of balsamic vinegar
